Green Smoothie

Instead of soy milk, I used cooked red beans today. I also added a whole green mango (with skin and seed) to the ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Frozen banana
  • Mushroom
  • Green mango
  • Cabbage
  • Collard greens
  • Carrot
  • Cooked red beans
  • Water
  • Ice cubes














After 30 seconds in Vitamix machine on high speed, all ingredients turned into smoothie.













Even with all other ingredients, I can still taste distinct mango flavor.
